SEX was a museum exhibition in book form that I created during 1989-90, producing three
hand-made copies. While this was intended to be the manuscript for a polished publication,
I decided to keep it in this form.

As a Straight Female Painter and Writer, issues related to the representation of femininity and how femininity is perceived have been of interest to me. My drawings and writings in SEX deal in part with those issues.

SEX also includes contributions from emerging and established artists, writers, and organizations representing diverse cultural backgrounds and sexual orientations.

I promoted this SEX book to art institutions during 1990-91.

In 1997 I published Jane's LOVE.
